TONIC Eyewear Tournament Directors Report.

Basin Lure and Fly Anglers Inc held Round 2 of their Southern Bream Series (SBS) at St Georges Basin on Saturday 28th February & Sunday 1st March, the event was proudly sponsored by Tonic Eyewear.
The Saturday morning greeted the 53 boating Teams and 25 Kayak competitors with beautiful calm conditions, as did the Sunday, although the weather forecast was for a strong wind warning from the south and a decision was made for safety reasons to shorten Day 2 to finish at 12 noon rather than the normal 2:00pm, and the decision proved to be 100% correct with the southerly coming through at 11:30am around 30 knots.
